A friend has described my writing as ‘poems from within’. I agree. In my professional work with clients, I have tried to capture with words and images the emotional landscape of people’s lives; sifting stories, relationships, patterns and complaints to find the meaning that is often waiting to be brought into the limelight. I bring this same curiosity and fascination with peoples’ inner worlds to writing poetry, often about my own life, my own interactions, and attempting to find meaning from these moments. I hope you like them.
